Speakup forums in our region
Speakup (CIC) provides help and support to mental health service users throughout our region. The Kent area we cover includes Thanet & Sandwich, Ashford, Dover& Deal.
To be eligible to participate in Speakup Forums, individuals should:
- Live in the Dover, Deal, Thanet, Ashford, areas or surrounding villages.
- Be a User or ex-User / Survivor of mental health services.

Our NEW Speakup Online Forum
Our new Online Forum is designed to be used by anyone in our region who has lived experience of mental ill health. It is particularly useful to those service users who are unable to attend a Forum or Group in person.
We believe that this new service is a real step forward for inclusion in our area and for anyone who might live with the isolation of mental ill health. It's a great opportunity to get online- get connected and have a say about the things that really matter to you.
We will be using the Online Forum to solicit views, opinions, gain feedback and provoke discussion about all elements of mental health service provision in East Kent.
